Help Identifying Fossil Impression

Hello: Would like to know if anyone can help identify the attached fossil image? This fossil impression was collected years ago north of Santa Barbara. The impression measures approx. 10.5 mm long.

These look like fish bits, to me.

Maybe some disarticulated ribs, an operculum, and possible gular plate?
