Possible triceratops nose horn

Found this piece associated with weathering bone chunks embedded in sandstone. My first thought was nose horn but the horn portion looks like it might be a sandstone cast of the inside of the horn. Location Glendive montana, hell creek. What do you guys think?

[Troodon]

The inside of a ceratopsian nasal horn is solid so it cannot be a cast.   Not seeing the texture seen on nasals.  Not sure what you have

not sure what I can add when Troodon did not recognize it.

 I think I see what makes you think of some kind of cast though, especially in the second to last pic.

The thin brownish layer over the more grey shape looks like remnants of fossil bone to me, making the smooth pointed shape a plausible negative of something.

My first thought was a "cheek horn", but I think those are also solid.

Looking at this scan https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/triceratops-horridus-600k-polys-53a4a2a8f62c4e5685e18f3033b5983a , there are a lot of recesses in that skull that could be filled by sediment. How about the chunks of bone you mention, anything that could indicate a species or group?

Thank you both for your insights! That scan is awesome, I'm going to try to find a way to have references like that with me in the field. 

The associated bones seemed like triceratops to me. I took pictures of this odd piece found next to the previously pictured piece that may have blood groves.
