Is it Eocene fish vertebrae ?

Hi friends, I went to Rusformation area (Eocene) to the west of Riyadh city and found this  small fossil , 20mm long by18mm What could it be? it looks like a vertebrae os a skull ????

Looks more like a bit of skull to me.  :unsure:

It looks like it could be the end of a fish spine, nothing definite.

Fish, but I think Ancient Bones has a better ID.
