Peace River Tooth! Help with ID

I thought so at first, however the outer surfaces way to smooth for that. In addition the tooth looks complete. I don’t think it’s a horse.

I have hunted the Peace River for 15 years and I am unsure about your find.

On your last photo ,  those look like vertical enamel bands. Might have been broken vertically and smoothed by the river. What do you think they are ? If your hands are similar sized to mine, the fossil seems to be 37 mm. What is it's actual length ?

I need a clear sharp photo of both ends, in bright sunshine if necessary.   This photo seems to support that it is not horse. It might be an incisor of some small mammal, but I think the more likely possibility is that it is a trailing root tentacle of a mammoth tooth, broken off, smoothed by the sand in the river current
