Interesting find in the Peace river-what is it?

found in the peace river in Florida. I think it may be a tooth as there is enamel on the end with the opening. The pointy areas also look interesting. Any ideas?

Looks like a bit of mammoth enamel.

Yes, I posted an image of an enamel plate from a mammoth tooth.  My example is from Silver Springs, Florida.  The cementum which holds these plates together didn't survive, but the much harder enamel and dentine of the plate remained intact.
