Tooth in Tennessee?

My kids found this in the Harpeth river, about 30 minutes South of Nashville. Any ideas?

Hi,

 

It reminds me of the teeth of a recent freshwater fish that we sometimes see on the forum, a kind of carp ? I can’t remember the name...

I agree with Coco- spot on.

Carp Pharyngeal tooth - possibly Grass Carp.  Recent, not a fossil.
