I have no specific answer,  but as one possibility, I am thinking marine mammal and because of your 4th photo,  I am thinking "jaw"

Toothed , likely Kogiopsis.

Baleen, likely Herpetocetine

Just imagine how many Jaws, skulls and teeth of different whales lay scattered 20 feet down across that mile  !!!   :zzzzscratchchin:

I am really stretching the clues, but my best approximation is the mandibular condyle of a small  whale... You can see lots of examples if you search the internet.

Honestly with this bone I had no idea this could even be a part of a jaw. Didn't even cross my mind. So the holes in the bone are they tooth holes? Would Like to just learn/absorb as much as possible to help myself in the future! I really appreciate your help
