Any idea on an Identification on this please? fish? turtle?

This has me stumped, Its fram Java Indonesia, it came in a lot with some small shark teeth, fish teeth and sting ray barb... i assume its fish related? looks like to small tusk like pertrusions, other guess was turtle related, would be great to hear from anyone thats seen anything like this before. Thanks :)

It reminds me of a piece of a fish’s skull bone.

WOW thats great i think your right, so glad my first hunch fish is correct  ! super fast ID :) i will have a look for other images to see if i can see the same texture on the horn looking spikes , Thanks so much to you both for looking. :)

MAYBE its a relitive known as the sail catfish also know as the  "Crucifix Fish." on the little tusk looking spikes i cant see any evidance of them being joined to other bone ... attached an extra photo of a crucifix skull that has been painted to highlight why it gets its name

if so the skull protrusions (horns would have formed the anchorage to the over sized barbels?? what do you think?
