Peace River tooth of some kind and possible bone?

I had found this tooth a while ago and was just now realizing it wasn’t in fact a shark tooth like I had originally thought - or at least I believe it isn’t, so any ID is appreciated! There’s very slightly worn away serrations on the blade near the root, the camera didn’t pick ‘em up.

Also found this piece of bone (I think it’s bone, honestly could be rock) that looked pretty interestingly shaped, so I wanted to get an ID (or be told it’s rock if that’s the case!)

  • Meganeura changed the title to Peace River tooth of some kind and possible bone?

It looks like a shark tooth to me, could it be Physogaleus contortus? I'm not an expert though so there's a good chance I'm wrong.

I had originally thought that honestly, but I wasn’t fully sure, hence coming here!
