Bivalve or brachiopod? I keep on finding fossils like this

I would guess brachiopod, but I only recently found out the difference.

I also think there isn't enough to say wether this is a brachiopod or a bivalve

If you feel like playing percentages brachiopods will be found in the older rocks while bivalves will be much more common after the paleozoic
