Solution pipe in limestone Tamala / Coastal Limestone - Pleistocene Age

Hi all, would love your thoughts on what this might be. Found it in Tamala limestone aka Coastal Limestone that dates back to the Pleistocene Age. 

 

The circular parts about 1" in diameter.

It might be a solution pipe in limestone.
