Can't say much from this photo. I would recommend working on your photography in future posts. Objects should be photographed on a flat surface with something for scale. Don't have fingers in the photo, they make it harder for the camera to focus on the fossil. I can see your finger very clearly here, but can't make out any detail of the fossil. Better lighting would help too. Try multiple light sources at different angles.

 

Also, and maybe this is a personal preference, but please include relevant info (age, location, stratigraphy, etc) in the body of the post, don't put everything in the title.
