Plant fossil? Brachiopod?

I found these hiking in Odenwald, Germany, where I found other fossils too.

Pic 1-2 : no idea what this is. Help is appreciated.

Pic 3-5 : is this a brachiopod? Does anyone know what kind?

Pic 6: this looks a bit like some plant fossils I saw for sale so I was wondering: is this a plant fossil? Or are they random marks? They aren't coming off if I scrub them.

I'm not seeing anything organic in nature. 1 and 3 are just chert var. flint - see my post here.

Given the lack of angles on 2, I can't tell you what that is, but it again, looks purely geological in nature.

Thank you for your reply. I agree with you on the chert one.

And about the plant fossil, I just found out I was thinking of dendrites in limestone, and that is certainly not the same as a plant fossil, as I discovered :) (I'm a newbie)

But I am still a bit doubtful about the one I think is a brachiopod, I found another brachiopod in limestone a while ago and it looks exactly like that but a lighter color. When I turn it around, it even has the "dent" brachiopods have. Can you tell me why you think it's not one? Thank you!

2 is either dendrites or mud, have you tried washing it? Dendrites are still pretty dang cool!

Are you referring to item 3? Could you attach more photos of the one in question? Cheers :)
