I found these Ordovician fossils in the Nicolet River formation, could it be cephalopod related?

Circular with a round core suggesting a siphuncle and possible but vague segmentation does lend support to the idea of orthoconic cephalopod but the longitudinal striations and multiple concentric layering on one end make burrow more likely to my eye.
