Hello!

Can anyone help me identify what fish species these three specimens are?

Location is unknown.

The first two smaller ones are about 5-7 cm.

The larger one is 27 cm.

Thank you! Let me know if you need any more additional info.

Hello,

The first two are Dastilbe crandalli.

The last one is a Tharrias araripis.

These are from the Early Cretaceous Santana Group, Brazil, ... possibly the Crato or Romualdo Formations.

Tim is (as almost always) right: Dastilbe is from the Crato Formation - Tharrias from the Romualdo Formation.

Be not ashamed of mistakes and thus make them crimes (Confucius, 551 BC - 479 BC).

The second is bad painted

Not painted, but the outline of the fish is carved into the concretion.
