Found recently on Amelia island. Almost certain I have a white shark tooth as well as a dolphin vertebra? Any other specifications would be great!

You had a lot of success with your hunt.  :default_clap2:Vertebra are hard to id.  Careful pictures of all sides will help the more knowledgeable @Harry Pristis, @Boesse, @Shellseeker.   I would like to see clear individual photos of the item in your hand in the sixth photo..  Dont see anything i want to call white shark tooth.

Yes,  You have a dolphin vertebra. Look at that 1st photo.  You could have walked into the sunshine, and then I would have been able to identify some of these black blobs.

You might have a Great White.  I love to see them found.  This is a Great White... note that I took the photo in the sunshine and the tooth fills half of the photo. Please take another photo and show me your Great White.  Jack

Thank You,

Our two teeth could be almost mirror images.. They both have slight tip damage, same shape (might indicate same position in Jaw),  same root.... The tan root on mine is because it spent a lot of time in clay that prevented some staining.

All in all, a very nice find...
