Shellfish fossil?

Found this one in northern AZ. Couldn't find anything that resembles this online. Anyone have an idea?

It sort of looks like two stacked productid brachiopods. 
 

A better locality and knowledge of the rock layer that they came from will help.

My best guess is that they are Peniculauris bassi  brachiopods from the Permian Kaibab Formation.
