Bear626
Hi. This is the first fossil I have found that is straight, which is pretty exciting. It seems like a cephlapod, but unsure specific classification/species. Any info is greatly appreciated. I found this in shale near Lebanon, NY. Devonian. Rockwood
Possibly a cephalopod (nautiloid). I'm thinking this could also be a scaphopod though.

Scaphopods don't appear til the Carboniferous. 1 Life's Good! Tortoise Friend.
FossilDAWG
From that area it is probably a Michelinoceras nautiloid. Don 1
