It does look shrimpy.  I was going to say Mamayocaris, but seems too skinny and the legs and head is wrong.

I'm leaning towards Tyrannophontes theridion, but you know how bad my batting average is, so hang in 'til others chime in.

It definitely appears to be a shrimp.
