I found this strange tooth that reminds me of some small rhino teeth  I have seen on the forum, but I'm not sure, it seems too small, any help? Thanks!

You'd be correct - much too small for a Rhino! I believe it's a bison tooth on first glance, but @Harry Pristis will probably be able to tell for sure.

Fossils? I dig it. :meg:

I have a bison tooth, or at least what I think is one, and it is huge compared to this, I didn't know they were this small either.

Could be deer as well, or horse! It's something in that range for sure. Molar, I believe.

Actually - would you mind getting closer pics of the chewing surface? In better lighting. It may not have cementum, which like my tooth I found recently, would point to a carnivore over herbivore.

Pictures are way too blurry to make any kind of guess here.

Try taking the photos outside in natural light.

Okay, if it's not too cloudy tomorrow I'll take more pictures.

Cloudy could be okay, it will even out the light and reduce the contrast, which will help bring out the details.

Main thing with the pics is that you want to be able to show a good view of the chewing surface - take these 2 pics for comparison:

On this one you need to zoom in far to see the tooth - and the lighting makes it look like there’s cementum, enamel, and dentine - like a herbivore tooth.

Versus this one, where I took the picture in good lighting and it shows that there’s no cementum - just enamel and dentine - which leads to carnivore.

Maybe a broken paleolama tooth?

I could see that being the case, split somewhere close to the top of the tooth, perhaps? Size seems correct for a partial.
