"Dinosaur bones" found on a ranch in Utah

My cousin found some possible fossils while visiting a friend's ranch in Utah years ago (he has no idea where they were). While he was there him and his friend found "dinosaur bones" that were embedded in rock (he said he broke one in half trying to get it free). Since he heard I was getting into fossils he gave me a couple of the smaller ones.

 

I don't think they're bones but wondered if they might be some sort of trace fossil (burrow?). Let me know what you think.

Nothing about those shows any of the characteristics of fossilized bone. Sorry, but all I see are rocks.
