Is this a mold fossil in basalt?

It looks to be a brachiopod impression, but the photo is very blurry. I do not think this is basalt, but likely a weathered piece of sedimentary rock.

Given the age, I would guess it's a bivalve impression.

Thanks so much- been picking up lots of rocks to identify - thought this one was neat with a divot in it! I didn’t notice the impression until I got it home! Appreciate the help.

The overall shape of where the beak would be suggests more of a brachiopod to me, but only better pictures can tell!
