Reptile bone? Hell Creek Formation

Seller said this was probably a reptile toe bone. I was just curious to know if any more info could be gleaned from it? Measurements  in imperial. Thanks!

My bet is Turtle.  Make sure you get a good provenance on it, just good to know.

This was just a couple buck pick up but I’ll keep that in mind moving forward. That’s exciting, I don’t have any turtle parts! Thanks a ton!
