Any idea if this is ceratopsian and if so what it is?

 First piece I suspect is frill and it’s about 2-2.5 inches long. Second is what I think is a toe bone and is 1.5-2 inches long. Thanks! Found in horse shoe canyon Alberta.

Need to see the broken sides of your first specimen and other flat side.

Second need straight in photos of all the sides.

It is certainly better to give a shorter title to your topics, more concise, and develop the text in the post.

Yes that is a peice of Ceratopsian frill. 

The other item is a bit more problematic and not enough there for me to make a positive call
