Could someone help ID this tooth and also would like to know if it is normal to find in Myrtle Beach or if maybe it was planted for someone to find? Moroccan?

It is indeed an Otodus obliquus tooth from Morocco. They are commonly sold in the shops at popular beach towns.

So this was most likely lost or planted by someone to be found later? Any chance it could be there naturally?

Absolutely not natural - most likely someone bought a tooth necklace from a Myrtle Beach shop, went to the beach, and the tooth fell out of the necklace.
