Jmgorces
Hi!!! I found these today on the beach I could use some help identifying. Please let me know your thoughts. There are three sets of teeth and I took pictures of both sides.
debivort
They are all quite worn, so it will be hard to make confident IDs. The second tooth appears to have a bourlet, suggesting it is from a megatooth shark in the genus Otodus. Could be a megalodon or angustidens perhaps. Third might be a snaggletooth shark.
Meganeura
First 2 pieces appear to be Meg frags (Or Angustidens - I know SC gets both) Agreed with @debivort that the third is a worn snaggletooth. Fossils? I dig it.
webmasterj
Think you have some solid answers above, the first tooth appears to be a worn and broken fossil megalodon tooth, not uncommon to find them that way. Still some cool finds. Dark Water Megs www.DarkWaterMegs.com
