Megalodon tooth

Hi was just wondering if I could get some help, I have a meg tooth with a bourlette that is shiny in the middle and very dull elsewhere, when I put a tiny bit of water on it brings the shine out but always drys back dull, is there anything I can do to keep the full shine with damaging or restoring the tooth, thanks :) see photos below

Hi,

 

You can put a little bit wax on it, or a little paraffin oil, and you wipe it. The advantage of both methods is that it’s reversible.

I wouldn't use baby oil. Seems like it would be absorbed into the root. Also, baby oil typically has fragrance added. Don't risk it on such a nice tooth.

@Coco I used the paraffin oil and it came out great ! Thanks for the help, out of curiosity if I wanted to remove it in the future what would be the safest way to do so ?

Just a little water and hand washing product

Good ! If it’s hot, you can wipe for several days because maybe the oil will seep a little bit.
