Pleuromya
Hello, I've been sorting out my fossils and was wondering if this tooth is real? The label says it is a Sarcosuchus tooth from just south of Taouz, Morocco. If it is real, would it perhaps be better labelled as a crocodile tooth rather than Sarcosuchus? Thank you Edited August 17, 2022 by Pleuromya
Troodon
Sarcosuchus is only known from Niger so the label is incorrect. Elosuchus is the large Crocodyliform in the KK. Not sure if this is a complete tooth or not, looks odd might be an unerupted one. Other crocs are present so hard to definitively say its Elosuchus
