Ancient worm ?

Hello , this is the only worm looking fossil I have in my collection . It’s from Bolivia but I have know idea what species it is ?

Looks like some type of arthropod claw. The exoskeleton has leached away leaving a steinkern.

Possibly a pectoral spine of a Devonian aged fish. Bothriolepis remains have been found in Bolivia.

I don't believe in crab claws either. Tim is probably right. To me the piece seems so interesting that I would show the fossil to a local paleontologist.
