Please Help with identifying possible coral

Please post some still photos. It's difficult to observe the details on moving objects. I don't believe that I'm seeing a coral here, although I'm not certain about that. Looks clean enough to me at any rate. It would also be helpful if you could determine the stratigraphy of the landscaping stone.

While I agree that better photos would be helpful, I do not think this is a coral.  The "holes" are far too irregular in shape and size, and nothing of the expected internal structure such as septa are present.  Actual corallites would be uniform in size and shape, and septa should be visible.  "Holey" rock can be produced in various ways, such as by sponges, barnacles, or other organisms boring into rock or shell, outgasing in lava to make pumice, etc.
