Help with ID?

Hi all, first time on here and I have a fossil that was found in South St. Louis County that I would love to get a potential ID on so I can learn more about it.  Thanks for any help you can give me.

The net like shape looks like a fenestrate bryozoan. That would tend to indicate that the fan like shape is a brachiopod.

Looks kind of like a tiny cycad, but I agree with Rockwood's assessment.
