Possible Nanotyrannus/Tyrannosaurus rex tooth? Hell creek

Hi all, saw this listing for a tooth, it’s from Meade County, South Dakota and looks to me like either a Nanotyrannus or Tyrannosaurus rex tooth. Want your opinions, I personally am leaning towards Nanotyrannus  due to the pinch however it seems to be pretty robust. Thanks in advance measures about 1 cm

I think to identify it as something other than tyrannosaurid indet. , the base would need to be cleaned up.

@Troodon knows a lot more about this than I do, but I am seeing a pinch and also from what I've seen on nano teeth, the pointy ends of the base is generally nano.

Is it anything like this one?

I was leaning Nano on it but was kinda curious if it might be indet but then never got around to posting it.

I don't have the in-depth measurements on hand since it's packed up on it's way to my new residence.

The base photo is awful, out of focus and has matrix on it to hide its overall cross-section shape.  If you are buying it assume it's a Nanotyrannus.  Get the base cleaned up and let us have another look.
