Amber inclusions - Chiapas, Mexico

Recommended Posts

I recently aquired some amber inclusion specimens from Chiapas, Mexico. Im interested if there is any good litterature or website that is recommended for identifying the different species?

All help is welcomed! :tiphat:

It kind of looks like a Aphaenogaster praerelicta  ant to me. It was one of three Aphaenogaster species known from Mexico. but I could be mistaken...

I wouldn't mind getting some Chiapas amber, even if it didn't have any inclusions..

Accomplishing the impossible means only that the boss will add it to your regular duties.
