Lone Hunter
Collected in Woodbine which seems to be popular lately, never was quite sure what to look for and hope this is it, gotta be leaves right? Not sure what the cylindrical might be.
Mikrogeophagus
Cool finds! Can't help much with ID, but I've found a few leaves in varying types of preservation in the Woodbine. I came across some that I am 90% sure were leaves and other planty bits in similar stone as what you have, but they were so difficult to make out I never took them home. The other leaves I have found are preserved in a peat-like material as well as one imprint in sandstone. You can see those in a couple of my posts if you are curious. In the first two images I am noticing a defined midline in the "leaves" which is good for your case. Don't know what the cylindrical thing is. Hope someone better versed in the topic can give you a definitive answer!
daves64
Not sure about the cylindrical one, but the leaves look to be dendritic in nature. I could be wrong. 2 Accomplishing the impossible means only that the boss will add it to your regular duties.
Lone Hunter
So I have some dendrites for comparison, the leaves are made up of tiny black balls which are different, not that it makes it a leaf fossil.

It may not rule it out completely, but it is a serious obstacle.
Ludwigia
I'm convinced that the things in the first two photos in the first post are manganese dendrites. 1 1 Greetings from the Lake of Constance. Roger http://www.steinkern.de/
digit
Yup. Looks like dendrites masquerading as leaves. Mother Nature can be a real trickster sometimes. Cheers. -Ken
