Permian trilobite

This trilobite tail was identified as Ditomopyge and Permian in age. It's from the Saddle Creek Limestone in Texas. I'm curious if it is Permian an age or if it is an early time period.

Geolex documents the Saddle Creek Limestone as Early Permian.

why not, Ditomopyge is a common "last" trilobite in Karboniferous and Permian. When I compare I think the pygidium fits to this genus
