can anyone ID this is it a fossil

i found this on a gravel bar about a hour north of new orleans , in the mississippi gravel flow , never seen anything out there like this , any help would be great , its 1 1/4 x 3/8 x 1/2 inch , and druzy crystals on the inside

You have a nice tubular agate. The dimples on the outside are where the current agate was deposited against botryoidal minerals that lined a cavity and then were eroded away.

 

Not a fossil.
