Again you do not have a complete provenance but I'm assuming here it from the Kem Kem Group.  It's an indeterminate Carcharodontosaurid.   It's indeterminate because there are multiple Carcharodontosaurids in the KK Group and you cannot distinguish teeth between Sauroniops or Carcharodontosaurus

Going forward you really need to provide a more complete provenance on the items you are asking for an ID,  You always need Formation where it was found.  If it's from the United States you need Formation,  State and County or town,

Very nice tooth beautiful colors

I remember this tooth from a few years ago. I bid on it but lost the auction.  :duh2:

It's a beauty.

  • 2 months later...

I'm really wondering if I should buy this carcharodontosaurus tooth.

If you buy this tooth, you won't be able to buy anything for the next year.

Is it still worth buying this tooth?

sorry for the weird question.

I use Google Translate, so sometimes the translation is wrong. note that.

Only you can determine the worth of such a purchase.

If it meets your expectations, and you are willing to part with the money, then it is worth it.

This question is more directly related to value, which we cannot comment on.

You can ask if it is real, or restored at all, but worth and value have no place in the discussion.

Again this is a indeterminate Carcharodontosaurid tooth as stated in your last post on this tooth.  We cannot determine if its Sauroniops or Carcharodontosaurus.

Like Tim indicated you have to make the decision to purchase it or not.  The colors are beautiful

I have seen this one being offered online a while back maybe 1 year.

This this looks like a Carch tooth , very nicely preserved one. A tooth for any fossil collector.
