tekknoir
Hi all, I found an odd, almost perfectly round ball in the desert. At first I thought it was an old ball bearing, but it's not metal. Maybe a coprolite? Or just an average rock that happens to be round... It's 15mm in diameter, found in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. I've found other fossils in the area including petrified wood and brachiopods. Thanks for any assistance, Tekk Edited October 19, 2022 by tekknoir
Fossildude19
Welcome to the Forum. Not a fossil, but geologic in nature, I believe. This looks similar to Moqui Marbles. 1 Tim - VETERAN SHALE SPLITTER VFOTM --- APRIL - 2015 __________________________________________________ "In every walk with nature one receives far more than he seeks."
