In my opinion its a complete fake, its not even a fossil. Carved from stone / bone parts. Avoid 

There is no bone structure present.

Well the hardest area to replicate is the blood groove and thats what I look at, its not correct.   See topic that was suggested by Phos 01. Also the curvature on the ventral side is not a smooth curve it has a couple of kinks in it.   Ive seen lots of good and bad claws so experience helps.

You’ve got a good eye.  Very clear once you’ve pointed it out.
