Does anyone have any idea what kind of bone this is? I’m an absolute novice but I am always finding bones on the beach and need your help to identify this one.

I think too big for dolphin. If you find large fossilized bones in Florida,  usually it has to be Whale, Mammoth/Mastodon, or Sloth.  Whale is usually ribs, vertebrae, jaw/skull material. Ribs/Verts are relatively easy to ID,  so this is likely a piece of  whale jaw or skull.

Not very satisfying , but I do not recognize it. Possibly others will.
