Finds from North Sulfur River, Ladonia Fossil Park

Recommended Posts

Items collected during Nov 5th 2022 at Ladonia Fossil Park near Ladonia Texas. Any help with identification would be much appreciated, as well as descriptions of the key traits to hone in on to rule out other possibilities. Trying to learn what I can. Many thanks!

The first items look like fish teeth - the one on the right is Enchodus.

The one on the left is either Enchodus or something like Pachyrhizodus.

  • 6 months later...

The 2nd image looks like a bit of the ocean floor. I found something similar to your specimen and asked an expert about it. Still pretty cool.
