teatree
Hello everyone, I saw these marine looking fossils in what I think are sandstone blocks used to construct the Alcazar in Cordoba, Spain. I saw a lot of bivalve looking fossils in these blocks and one really interesting one, which looks like a sea urchin to me. I am a total newbie, so would really appreciate any help in identifying the age and ID of these fossils. 2

teatree
Thank you very much @caterpillar and @Paleorunner for your help. Is it possible to date these fossils ? The blocks used for the construction would probably be quarried from around these parts, but I'm not sure. Thanks once again !
Paleorunner
It would be necessary to find out from which quarry the blocks were extracted, to see on the geological map to which period they belong. They may be from the Miocene, but without the necessary information, it cannot be assured.
caterpillar
I agree. But probably miocene because Clypeaster are often found in this period http://www.paleotheque.fr
