On Nov 2nd, I posted this fish tooth for identification ( Onychodus sigmoides).

Since then a few other "fishy" pieces have been uncovered. Does anything ring a bell with you concerning these two unknowns.

1. This broken specimen is 2.2 cm in length.

@Misha, unfortunately, the quarry is only known to be Devonian. No one could tell me what formation existed in it. All I can say is it is FULL of vugs and very little fossils. This is so unlike the Cedar Valley Formation we hunt in a little further to the south, which makes me think it is a Devonian rock younger than the Cedar Valley. A description of the Lime Creek Formation  at the quarries we hunt further south fits what I see. As described, "Only the basal 3 to 8 feet (1-2 m) of the Lime Creek Formation is locally seen at the Conklin and Klein quarries. The Lime Creek strata there are dominated by green-gray silty shale with no apparent fossils or burrows (but these strata contain conodonts of the formation)."

With no response in over a month, I thought I would try refreshing this once.
