The Biomuseo in Panama City, Panama

I found some pictures of the Biomuseo in Panama City from when I visited a while back. Please excuse the blurry and unfocused photos, I was not the best with a camera back then! :heartylaugh: If you are ever traveling to Panama then this is a must-stop; it has plenty of information of both modern and prehistoric life, as well as the largest aquarium in Panama. Since Panama is a relatively new landmass (geologically speaking), its geology is mainly post-Cretaceous. When I eventually return here I will definitely be cataloguing the exhibits better, there are many more than what took pictures of.

Thanks for sharing.:fistbump:

It's always nice to see a museum that most of us will never get a chance to visit.

Yes, many of the exhibits were interactive, hence the casts. The sculpture room was definitely one of the best museum displays I have ever seen.

Very interesting hodgepodge. May I ask what this is?

If I remember correctly, it is a section of Glyptodont shell.
