Looked odd , found them both along roadside very near to my petrified log find ( not implying they are related) your input is greatly appreciated.

The first one is not an egg. Try the acid test on it to find out whether or not it's quartz. The 2nd is an interestingly shaped rock.

What I find interesting is this forum moves at the speed of light and almost in unison to quickly devour any "eggs" that have been shown by their sometimes scrambled brain owners. I did not infer, imply or otherwise hint that this was an egg,..pareidolia is contagious it seems. Just a thought. I thank you all for your time and input on this post.

People replied that it isn't an egg, a direct, obvious and correct response to your enquiry.
