Not seeing any symmetry to indicate echinoid of any kind. digit Posted December 19, 2022 Share Posted December 19, 2022 Yup. Echinoids are more symmetrical and have nice adornment on the surface. Inside seems to be some sort of iron-rich center. I often find pieces of asphalt or other man-made waste that has been dumped into the creeks/rivers anywhere in Florida that's near civilization (which is basically everywhere).
