Spinosaurus Jaw Section

Fissiletag

Recommended Posts

I bought this jaw section and it was labled as a Spinosaurus jaw section. It is from the Kem Kem Beds and is about 4.1 inches.

I knew the tooth is composite. My main question is that it seems to have a lip on one side which you mentioned in a different post and the teeth spacing is semi irregular. image.thumb.png.ef6cc8cfdd29f134fc9615c2893a7399.png

Thanks, that area looked flat in your initial photos.  If there is a lip , which there appears to be then it's a Spinosaurid, not sure which one.

Sorry about the original photos. Do you think its pronouced enough in the photos. I can try and get a better photo of the lip.
