Fossilized?

This is a rock that was taken out of my friends ponds. The house she purchased has two ponds that were made by the previous owner 40 to 50 years ago. So I can't be certain of where it was found.

Welcome to TFF from Austria.

Not a fossil.

I don´t know what it is exactly. It seems to have some cauliflower structure to it (but not sure), some veins and druzes.

Reminds me of brecciated jasper/chalcedony/agate, but can also not exclude magnesite or howlite completely.

Looks a bit like a squashed septarian concretion with lots of evidence of silicification into some very colorful chalcedony. No fossil material visible but a pretty mineralized rock.

Cheers.
