Looks like a regular croc or crocodylomorph vertebrae to me, apparently he is very convinced it's a "deltadromeus" vert. Very little is published on vertebrae from these deposits not sure you will get an answer. You should ask that person how he arrived at that assignment to Deltadromeus?
