Unknown Bone found on Holden Beach

I could use some help in identifying this bone found in Holden Beach,NC.  It's extremely brittle and light weight.  I appreciate your help.

Gee, I'm not real sure, but you might want to question the cook about that. And check the kitchen for a shot gun. This might just be a seagull. :)

Hi,

Sterna are quite diverse and often diagnostic in birds.

of the ones I can compare to it resembles most the northern fulmar, more than any of the few gulls I know.
